One of the best known commands that Jesus gave was that we would ‘love others as we love ourself’ (Mark 12:31). While we seek to meet the needs of our community primarily through our various Connect Groups, there are times when people just need a helping hand. During those times in life when we face difficult or challenging issues we need the support of a community of people around us.
Our Cornerstone Care program seeks to help people in these seasons of life through the practical assistance of meals and support in their time of need, demonstrating mercy and kindness through practical help. Where more long term assistance may be required, we are able to provide information and contacts for services that exist in the South West.
